"This is a wonderful place to stay in the Alpuharra. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and incredible views. The couple who runs it are sweet and kind and considerate. We had dinner and breakfast there which was delicious with all fresh local fare. The property has a nice pool overlooking the mountains. There is a 10 min trail down to the town which has good restaurants and lovely shops. Highly recommended! "

"Lovely rural authentic hotel in Alpujarra. Good base for exploring. Excellent service - thank you Victor. Nice breakfast to start your day. Coffee, tea, bar and snacks available. "This beautiful place is worth the visit to the town of Niguelas. Everything was lovely. From the room to the breakfast to the caring owner who ensured we had everything we needed. We stayed here overnight and spent days on the beach. Very easy drive to the coast. Great value."

"This is a charming B & B in a lovely town. The hosts are extremely helpful, gave us ideas of what to do and see when we were in Granada and where to park. Our room was lovely and breakfast was great. On their recommendation we walked to the local bar down their cobblestone street and had a delightful dinner. Two evenings we were able to sit on the roof and relax and enjoy the events of the day and plan for the next. Lovely people, lovely place."

"We booked a Junior Suite for one night. The room was basic. The curtains were untidy. The plug in the bathroom sink did not fit. We were not made aware that the restaurant would not be open for dinner in the evening. On checkout at 10am reception was unattended, so we left our key on the desk. There was another resident waiting in Reception who seemed to have a problem and needed attention but had been waiting sometime. The hotel is very noisy and not at all restful. "

"Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. "Simple hotel on the edge of Orgiva. Recommend top floor rooms with a large terrace and a balcony to enjoy the view over the surrounding mountains. Room was large, spotlessly clean and with a great bathroom. Would have appreciated a hairdryer, modern pillows and better soap and towels but all in all it was great value"

"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. "Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Rural Alfajia de Antonio. We spent 3 nights, two couples traveling together. Our rooms were beautiful and the common areas were wonderful to spend time in. We ate delicious food and took some spectacular hikes. Alberto was very warm and made us feel so welcome and at home. He also gave us really helpful advice. This was one of our favorite parts of our trip to Spain!"

A special place

"The property was wonderful. The house was comfortable very spacious for the six of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed unlike the two other VRBO‘s we rented. the view from the house was spectacular. We ate dinners at the house, but were out for a midday meal, and found an incredible Indian restaurant and several others. There was a beautiful vegetable garden just below us and over the three days we were there. We watched the gardener who on one of the days brought us two beautiful heads of lettuce How wonderful was that? The one thing I would caution someone about is that the house is located at the bottom of the town and walking up would be very tough for someone who was unable or not up to walking a steep hill, needless to say that did not deter us from the beauty of the house and its location"

Country House on Edge of Picturesque Village

"The guesthouse was fantastic - cozy, inviting, and very easy to stay in. We really enjoyed the wood stove on a couple of cool evenings in May. The mountain scenery visible from the house is spectacular. Nadia is an excellent host - attentive, helpful, and goes out of her way to provide information and insights into the local culture. We can't say enough good things about our experience in Bubion and our host. Highly recommend you visit. 10/10 rating!!"
