Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. "This is a wonderful place to stay in the Alpuharra. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and incredible views. The couple who runs it are sweet and kind and considerate. We had dinner and breakfast there which was delicious with all fresh local fare. The property has a nice pool overlooking the mountains. There is a 10 min trail down to the town which has good restaurants and lovely shops. Highly recommended! "

"Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

"The hotel was great for the money we paid. It was clean, the staff were very helpful and the room was a great size (room for 4 people) and nice and warm. "my wife and I booked this hotel for a local fiesta in a nearby village , and needed a stop over , its a little set back from the road so very peaceful , nice views , and very clean , family run ,with mom still cooking in the kitchen , and serving excellent food , it has a bar and large restaurant on the side of the building, the rooms are basic , but comfortable and clean ."
