"It was the trip of a lifetime and our host, Jo, could not have been more fantastic! Attentive and knowledgeable about everything we needed. A perfect place for visiting the entire area. We stayed 5 weeks and had a total of 39 people stay during that time. Everyone loved the house. A perfect place for celebrating with family and friends. Jo suggested Chef Celine for special meals in the house and she was amazing. I did not want to leave. A truly magical place!"

"Fabienne was an amazing host, super friendly and helpful, regularly checked and cleaned the pool and even drove us to the local restaurant when our taxi let us down. The accommodation was versatile, large rooms, comfortable beds, amazing kitchen and great outdoor space with lovely spacious pool and good outdoor seating and dining. Good location near to nice restaurants, great local beach, vineyards, about 35 minutes from Bordeaux centre. "

"We loved staying at La Maison, the two residences were perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of space and different areas to chill out and we used all of them. The pool was a great way to cool down each afternoon. The rooms are spacious with all the basics provided. We were also welcomed with a box of goodies and milk in the fridge. If you plan to use the BBQ, you do need to buy coal and fire starters. We arranged the chef to cook 3 course meals for us, which went really well and...

"We had a wonderful time at the house. It is so much larger than the photos show. The lounge is cavernous and the two main bedrooms are very generous in size. The bathrooms are clean and well positioned. The kitchen is also well equipped and in a perfect place to make use of the outside dining table and bbq. The garden is extensive and leads down to a spectacular spot for viewing the Dordogne river. The pool is also excellent and much needed on hot days. Yes, the road is close by but you're...
