"After reading reviews, we wondered if we had made a mistake, however we didn't, it was 45 min tram direct from airport and then 12 minute walk to main centre. Lovely restaurant and basic bar. Clean bedroom with nice comfy beds and large shower. Room was a bit dark but comfy. Ideal location and felt safe. I would stay here again "

"Great location. Friendly staff. No aircon, so not ideal during warm summers! We were also given an accessible family room, which was less than ideal. Toilet is very basic. No shower enclosure, just a flimsy curtain that separates the toilet seat from the shower area."

"Loved the location so close to the tram which made exploring the city very easy. The room was small with the pull-out couch made up into a bed, but it would have been perfect for a couple. It still worked for us as we were only there for one night. We enjoyed the towel warmer although there were no facecloths which may be a European things as we didn't have any in the other hotels we stayed at during our trip.
