"We loved this older hotel! It was so quaint! We loved that it was within walking distance of everything downtown. The coffee, water, and hot tea at all times and fresh cookies truly was a lovely touch as well. Every staff member that we encountered was very nice and cordial. I definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"This hotel was a little gem. It was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and friendly. It is a little bit of a drive to Durango and seems far out there but traffic wasn't bad going and coming. The flute music was also so relaxing. We did use the pool and jacuzzi. It was nice they are open late and indoors. The pool was a bit cold but we warmed up in the jacuzzi The person checking us in gave us a room near the elevator that takes you to the pool knowing we planned to swim. That was kind and considerate of her. We enjoyed our stay. Also note there aren't any food options if you arrive later in the evening. "
