"I have no problem with this hotel. I do have a problem with Orbitz for NOT PROCESSING this booking properly. Hotel staff had an issue giving us the 3 rooms that we booked under 1 name and so it took more than an hour to get us situated. I think this is the last time we are booking with Orbitz/Expedia for having issues not only with this booking but also from the last few reservations that are turning into a nightmare!!!! It did not used to be like this. We have been a client for a long time but its time to look for better companies! "

"I have stayed here about five times in the last year. It is convenient being so close to the Metro. Easy to get into DC and easy to go down to Alexandria. Sayid checked me in this last time, and he gave me a great room location. Away from the elevators and in a quiet corner. I very much appreciate the small things like that whenever I'm checking in to a hotel. Especially as a solo traveler who often is also working while traveling. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. "
