We stay here everytime we come to Crystal city. Metro is 15min walk away, restaurants alone. Staff friendly, hotels and rooms kept very clean. Great place to stay if you are in Crystal city.

I thought the room was lovely, but the fridge was quite noisy and the WiFi was spotty. (I was able to use my work laptop smoothly but couldn’t get any of the streaming options on the smart TV to work at all.) Other than that, the gym had everything I needed, the front desk staff was very helpful, and the location was just what I needed.

The property was well kept. The room and all surrounding areas were very clean. In the website it was indicated that the parking was included. At check in, I was told that the parking was $47.00 per night. I told the front desk personnel, that it would be better to let customers know in advance that parking is $47 per night. He kept repeating the price of the parking, as if I was unable to hear him. He was very rude and obnoxious. Customer service can make or break your business. I was very disappointed with the customer service.
