"The hotel was fantastic! Great welcome drinks, beautiful rooms, amazing views, best breakfast in Chile! We stayed here before and after the O track. They kept our luggage for us while we were on the trek. My daughter had a health crisis, and they arrange for care while we were here. They gave us a late check out. Nicest, kindest innkeepers ever!"

On Christmas Day, when we returned from the park, she not only provided clear instructions for the door key but also proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and grocery stores that were open—a gesture that truly made our day. "I was greeted with such warmness in spite of not traveling light given that I was on the tail end of my trip after Antartica. The bed was so comfy as the pillows. My room was on the 3rd floor, got a nice view of the mountains. The shower was cozy, with towel heater, hairdryer and warm water! The hotel is walking distance from the coastline and the town center. It was nice to take strolls up and down, to and from the hotel. Made my stay in Punta Arenas pleasant and just the right way to end my trip!"
