Hi def. TV's in every room including sitting area/kitchenette,-Coffee maker/ Refrigerator/Foreman Grill -vented out roof.. The rooms in the depot are large an spacious, each room has comfortable bedding and linen arrangement. There are 2 private bathrooms afforded my guests. This is a private duplex apartment . No Shared space. Although I'm available for any guests may have typically I do not have any interaction. During your stay you will have full run of the large front porch. I live in the downstairs an operate exclusively out of the back of the house . There is stairs from the street up to the patio and from the patio there is a 2 landing stair way to where the guest stay. There is no conventional kitchen.

Great Location
Great location that we were able to walk to places to eat, short drive to downtown. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure and well supplied with towels. Very nice neighborhood with a porch to enjoy the outside air with your morning coffee. Highly recommended!

Fabulous ladies weekend!
Four of us converged in Nashville from the US and UK. We quickly found everything we needed and settled right in. Towels were plentiful, so clean and soft. Beds as well. We enjoyed coffee every morning before heading out. 12th South is soooo close and we took full advantage of the shops and restaurants. Thank you Will for a wonderful stay.

Very Quiet, Beautiful, Safe Neighborhood
The property was wonderful and the host was readily available. One suggestion would be to paint stripes on the back steps or add lighting. We checked out very early, but couldn't find check-out expectations. We did our best to clean up, but no rules were included and it was way too early to knock on the host's door. We would definitely return, our visit was Amazing.

Nashville Must Stay!
What a clean, cute, fun place to stay right in the heart of Nashville. Safe neighborhood and walking distance from 12Ave S restaurants, food and shops.Everything you want to see in Nashville is no more than 15 to 30. Minutes away.. the Host was full of southern charm and so accommodating!! Thank you so much for a stress free stay.

Convenient Nashville Stay
This was a very cute property in a nice neighborhood that was conveniently located close to several Nashville attractions! Easy to get to Broadway, cute shopping/eateries just down the street in 12 South area, and easy in and out from the airport and out-of-town locations. The home is cute and set up great for multiple guests with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. We all had plenty of space and privacy. The porch is great for chilling after a day out and about. The kitchenette is adequate for a quick breakfast or late-night snack. Overall, everything was very orderly and clean. The host was great and the in & out process was easy! We would definitely choose the same place for another trip to Nashville!

The house/ apartment is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Belmont area/ shopping/ dining , a 15 minute drive to the airport and a quick UBER ride to Broadway and other neighborhoods. The house was clean and comfortable!

CMA Fest perfect location!
There were four of us, two attending first CMA fest, and two repeaters. This home is located in a great area of Belmont, with many places to eat within walking distance or a short drive away. Also, heading into downtown Nashville daily was a 15 minute breeze! Needless to say, we weren't at the home much of the time, but the photos and descriptions are accurate, and fulfilled our needs.

Great location
This was great for what we needed on this trip, a place close to Belmont University. It's not fancy, but it's very clean. The layout isn't suited to hanging out or cooking together---common space is very limited, so I probably wouldn't use it for a reunion or family gathering. However, a lovely neighborhood full of pretty gardens to see as we walked back and forth to Belmont and the huge front porch space were pluses. Super responsive host.

We really enjoyed our stay! Will was very communicative and had so many extras. Plenty of towels, Kcups, makeup wipes, water in the fridge, and plenty of others. Rooms are spacious! Quick Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway! We would book again for sure!

Nashville Girls Trip
We were a group of 4 in town for a concert at Bridgestone Arena. The location of this property is very close to drive/Uber downtown- Broadway. This property is a duplex with guests staying on the second floor. 3 good size bedrooms and two full baths. One is on the first floor when you first walk in. While property advertises air conditioning- there is a window unit in the small room which serves as kitchen/gathering room. It was quite warm in the bedrooms during our stay. No room to socialize due to limited space. Place was overall clean- but very dated. In need of some paint and updated fixtures.

Nice property in amazing location
We had a wonderful stay at this upstairs apartment. We had 4 adults in our group and enjoyed how close this property was to the restaurants, shops, and bars in 12 South, Belmont, and Hillsboro Village neighborhoods. And it was an easy Uber/Lyft into downtown. The host was very responsive when I had a couple of questions about check in. There is not a full kitchen, but that was fine since we were mainly eating out. There was a fridge and microwave to prep snacks and light meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The common area/living room was small, but fine for us since we spent of our time out doing things. Might not be the ideal space for folks wanting to hang out a home on their trip. Front porch was also a great hang out spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location & great communication from host!
We loved the location of this vrbo. It allowed us to walk to coffee shops, restaurants & locally-owned boutiques. Tucked away in a lovely historical neighborhood. The space itself is simple, but we still had everything we needed for a great girls' trip!

Great location, nice, clean unit, very responsive owner
Very nice unit, in the 12 South area. The unit is upstairs from the owner, 2 short flights of stairs. Neighborhood very safe, down the street from Belmont and walking distance to Vanderbilt. Easy 2 mile walk to the downtown area, or uber with a typical fare of $10-$15. The owner is very responsive and flexible. Our flight was changed due to weather, he was extremely flexible with check out and provided a refund which we were not expecting. Would stay there again.

Great For The Price
We had a nice stay however the property is a bit awkward and some amenities need upgrades. Great neighborhood and very close to Belmont. It's an upstairs apartment however the 2nd bathroom is downstairs. Not terrible but a bit cumbersome. Also, the common area is tight and even though the property sleeps six it's difficult to have more than four in the family room/kitchen at the same time. Lastly, some of the mattresses are in dire need of replacement. That all being said I would stay there again given the price relative to other area options.
