"This hotel is in a great location and our room was very comfortable. Finding the check in desk was very difficult. The building houses a movie theater, multiple shops and restaurants and two hotels. It took us quite some time to find where to check in. Other than that issue, the rest of our stay was very pleasant!"

"Room booked on Expedia is different from what I was given. Room is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here. 1. They show pictures of the rooftop pool but did not mention the pool is pay to use before booking. 2.
