Place looks better in photos, was excited for this hotel on my 1 month trip to Korea and Japan. Was excited to get my booking of beach view and tub by the window. Upon arrival I was given not the room I reserved, room had a moldy smell, bath towels had some stain on it. Upon trying to use AC to cool room notice of only warm air only, at night went down to reception to find out why only warm air, host was rude to say only heat available. Not only was the room so hot I noticed mold in AC vents in am. And right after leaving hotel after 2 days of stay both me and my partner had gotten sick, which ruined the rest of our travels and made our trip a bit more grueling. So definitely will not be staying here again if back in Busan. Other than being close to the beach entrance the price I paid for this ocean view room was not worth it at all.

Excellent location, especially with the sunset ocean view room is gorgeous. Large property space, very comfortable. But it could add more furnitures to the empty space. For example it would’ve been super helpful to have a couch in the room for resting as it’s quite empty. Or add more hangers to the large empty closet. Overall the property is just a little bit outdated. We do love the laundry machine very much, and the front desk provides free laundry detergent and drying rack if you request. Lovely stay at this excellent location!

We were family if 3. Stayed 3 nites in deluxe twin room partial view. The positives.Room was v.spacious, maybe newly renovated ,gorgeous beachview, small kitchenette. Beds comfy .Because hotel was so big , and you had to change elevators, you could bypass reception, so it a very impersonal experience but they were friendly. Negatives: Bathroom was adequate, water not hot enough.TOO noisy: there sre alot of bars ,karaoke singing outside. it was like Las Vegas. Had to sleep with earplugs. I love the beach, went swimming but Haeundae just not our style. Id pick a quieter beach. I asked for a second pillow, they wanted to charge me( come on!) .and we had to separate our own garbage (ie.recycling) or be charged but there were no plastic bags , wash our cups but there was no soap.

Great view, centrally located in Haeundae beach so close to dining, bars, beach, attractions etc! Room was a little bit run down but honestly it wasn’t a dealbreaker and it’s not like I was paying a premium- very affordable, very comfortable, lovely staff etc! I would come back to stay here in an instant!

The front desk staff were very kind and professional. Unfortunately when we arrived our room was very dirty. There was dust and hair on the floor and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The cleaners weren’t available so we had to wait for the room to be cleaned the next day. The hotel is also hard to find on Kakao maps. There are several hotels in the same building and they share 2 sets of elevators. Unfortunately all the hotels have similar sounding names which adds to the confusion. But the front desk staff was very kind.

Our unit was a bit rundown with a bunch of things that could use some fixing, such as the separation between the upstairs AC unit and the wall. The half wall going up the stairs has not been dusted in months. The upper blinds in our unit were not able to open. The dryer in the washing machine did not work. Plates are for purchase and not included in the unit. Some staff was nicer than others. Easy access to everything, such as shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The location of the property couldn’t be better! Walking distance to the beach, public transport, the market, dining and shopping. The hotel room, junior ocean view suite, was spacious and comfortable. However the air conditioning could have been better. You’re definitely paying for the location. The way in which you check in and enter and exit the facility was interesting because you have to use two different elevators. You have to pay an additional fee if you want to use the pool so we didn’t go to the pool. As I said, you’re paying for the location and the space if you have a larger family and don’t want to purchase two separate rooms like most hotels require in the area.

I’ve been debating whether to leave a review after our experience at this hotel. I’m usually not one to complain, but I feel it’s important to share my concerns in hopes they’ll be addressed for future guests. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with the beach just two minutes away, and the view from our room was amazing. Upon arrival, the staff was very nice, and check-in was smooth. While some had complained about the elevator situation, it wasn’t a big issue for us. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, things took a turn. The AC unit was covered in black mold and dust, and there was mold in the bathroom as well. I took a video of the AC. Concerned for our 8-month-old baby’s health, we requested the room be cleaned, but all they did was wipe off the dust. I felt uncomfortable the entire three nights we stayed. We also specifically booked this hotel for its gym and kitchenette. However, there wasn’t a pan in the room, and when we requested one, the staff initially said we’d need to pay 11,000 won. Despite agreeing to this, we didn’t receive the pan until after I spoke directly to the manager the following day. In conclusion, while I wanted to love this hotel due to its excellent location, the issues we encountered made it difficult to enjoy our stay. I hope the mold is properly addressed to ensure future guests don’t face the same problems.
