"Our room was spacious and had a big window overlooking the Busan shore. Conveniently located in Haeundae, so really in the middle of everything. Loved our stay and we plan to be back! Just hoped since our room had a kitchen, that it had some plates, glasses, basic utensils that we can use during our stay. Though it had a kitchen sink, fridge and stove, there was nothing else. "

The breakfast was tasty, and the nearby area is great for a comfortable stroll. It’s also only about 5-10 minutes to the busiest street, with plenty of food options around. "부산에 처음 놀러갔는데 아스티 호텔이 부산역 바로 옆에 위치 해 있어 예약했습니다. 새벽에 도착했는데 하필 방 문 락이 고장나서 복도에서 좀 기다리고 침구류에 이물질이 묻어있어 곤란했지만 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 사람이 실수를 할 수 있기에 이런 상황에서 어떻게 대처하는 지가 중요한 것 같습니다. 비가 오는 날 프론트에서 유니폼 입은 여자 직원분이 우산도 대여해주시고 피트니스 문도 열어주시고 분실물도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다."

"Good location and nice staff (reception and housekeeping). The room was big, tidy and the bed was comfortable. No bathroom amenities were provided, except soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (no cups, shower cap, etc). Stayed here in 2022 and back then they were offering more than just the basics even though it was during Covid period. The room gets very hot and there is no option to cool the room (air con only works on heat during winter). You do have the option to ask reception staff to...
