Unfortunately the rooftop spa was overly crowded with extremely unfriendly Korean guests who were rude and hostile to foreigners. Westerners should be prepared to wear full Korean bathing suits: long sleeves shirts and pants in the water. Do not just wear a one piece and definitely do not wear a bikini bathing suit at the Spa or pool area.

I love my stay at ocean view room from 13 floor. The breakfast buffet was so delicious. Close to the beach, subway, restaurants, and a convient store on first floor. The infinity swimming pool was really nice.

Overall clean and comfortable place to stay. Right by the beach and dining options, and walking distance to metro. Perhaps an area to look at is the two types of pillows provided. One is too hard and the other too soft. A medium softness one would be great. :)

Nice hotel in front of the best beach, great location, great staff, check in is at 3 pm but they provide us lockers to keep all our luggage. Super clean room, great amenities. Very recommended

Super close to the beach! Also, L7 Haeundae gave me a room upgrade with a nice view of the city and a bigger bed. Extremely friendly staff and easy access to restaurants, stores, and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for folks who are planning to travel to Busan! :)

Location is excellent. Roof top infinity pool, hot tub and sauna was a pleasant surprise. Close to market and lots of dining options. Great value for being right across from Huendae Beach.
