"Very clean and love the property ! "

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. The owner provided excellent instructions and information.The only thing I'd be concerned about is if stairs are an issue for you. "Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up...

"Just as described in VRBO listing. Property manager responded in a timely manner to our messages. Some closet shelves were on the floor, but not a big issue as we still had plenty of storage for our week here. One bedroom (or was it two) didn’t have closets, but we only needed three bedrooms, so it wasn’t an issue for our stay. Great location…walkable to groceries, bars and restaurants. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and T-mobile district. Would stay here again!"
