"Love staying at this hotel. It's super convenient if you want to really see old San Juan. Walkable to all the famous bars and restaurants. No parking but you can park a walking distance away. "

"Very nice apartment unit on the 3rd floor. We stayed at the Crystal Apartment. Because it is Old San Juan we could hear the people downstairs as there is a bar adjacent to this building, till the early hours of the morning but we knew that would be a possibility because of its location. The bedrooms, living area, kitchen/dining and bathroom were all really nicely decorated. Only thing was that I would suggest better Cleaning Staff, when we got in there was chewed gum placed on the wall behind...

"The check-in was super easy, the place was very clean, and it was very nice and comfortable for spending the night. The host Jorge was very accessible at all times to answer and provide information. Additionally, the parking is a plus."

"The place was nice, they provided with almost everything that we needed, but unfortunately there are cockroaches in the place, we found inside and outside, so every time we had to use a plate or utensil from the Kitchenette we washed it first and didn’t leave any food outside on the counter. Other than that the place, the pool and the area are comfortable to stay "

"Loiza hidden gem, charming oceanfront guest house. Great host, she was friendly and helpful. Bring credit card as she’s very particular on forms of payment. Complex is safe, will repeat visit. "
