"The hotel front desk staff were very organized. We had shipped our luggage earlier from Tokyo and they had it ready for us on arrival. The man at the front desk always stopped to give my children Halloween candy. The room is spacious. The area around the hotel is great, close to a grocery store, Don Quixote, Daiso, it’s 3 minute walk to Shinsekai, 8 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo etc. also walkable to Dotonburi and Namba. "Had a good experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near many eateries and Umekoji stat, making it easy to explore the area. However, there were a few issues. The air conditioning unit has a broken outer part, and the shoji screens were torn. Additionally, the Netflix stopped working after a few days. On the positive sides, the cloth drying feature in the bathroom room was fantastic and very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more pleasant...
