"Our second time staying here, we had a great vacation. This is the perfect family resort. It is safe, clean, has great pools and a nice beach. The units are nice - we got placed next in a room next to an elevator shaft which kept making very loud and ominous noises every time it was used (so, every few minutes) but the reception staff were accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms to another available unit. We appreciated that - for future travellers I would make sure to ask if your room...

"This was an amazing property and everything we were hoping for. The customer service was outstanding. We especially liked the tiki bar restaurant and server Wend-Orrie. Our room was very well stocked, and we were able to get clean sheets and towels within minutes of asking. The pools and property were very well-maintained and manicured. I would be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else after this wonderful experience."
