"We stayed at Mitsui garden in Ginza last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to book a hotel from the same chain for our trip to Japan this year. Staff are courteous, professional and speak good English. Bed is very comfortable too. Several reservations were made as the hotel was used as our base to explore the neighbouring region. When we arrived early for our second reservation , we deposited our carry on luggage from our overnight visit to kiso valley and reception staff were kind enough to offer to place all our luggage in our room when we returned later for check in. We will definitely return when we next visit Nagoya."
