"Its a Marriott, what more is there to say?! Its pricey but you get what you paid for. The facilities were great and plentiful. The room was incredibly spacious, with all the amenities you could ask for and an INCREDIBLE city view of Nagoya. Extremely impressed! Staff were also super friendly, accomodating and helpful. "Very welcoming and helpful check-in staff. I had a walking tour package sent to this hotel by the tour company and upon check-in, the staff promptly brought me the package so I didn't even have to ask around. The hotel staff also helped me look up the cutoff time on sending my big luggage to the next location which could be done in the morning before my departure instead of the afternoon before."

I had two packages sent to the neighbouring APA Hotel Nagoya Ekimae by mistake and the staff in both hotels helped me received the packages and brought them to the correct hotel. Loves the shared bath with great laundry services. Excellent location with lots of convenience stores, Bic Camera, restaurants, underground malls at the Nagoya train station"

"It was very stuffy atmosphere and not a very comfortable vibe to sleep or stay in. A lot of people were coughing all night long I didn’t not feel healthy being there. It was very confined with to many people into one area."
