"I had low expectations for this place after reading some comments. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in 2 rooms so it was nice to have a space at the lobby to just chill and unwind with our group at the end of the day, something that seems uncommon in some hotels we stayed in Japan. There is one male staff that too cold for my liking. Other than that, the rest of staff were nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved their selection of amenities. Good restos available nearby."

"Amazing hotel. Hot springs is the main feature. The hotel also provides a comfortable resting room if you don't want to stay in your room all the time. There are complimentary drinks and ice cream. There is also complimentary Ramen supper in the evening. We didn't eat the breakfast because we aren't breakfast people but from what we saw, it's a substantial Japanses breakfast offering. "

"Great hotel and great location! Staff is very attentive! Loved the breakfast buffet and options to eat, on location at the hotel. Free parking is fantastic to have included instead of an additional cost. Very comfortable room and nice to be able to turn heat down especially in the winter. "
