The location is about 5-7 mins from the station, which is quite convenient but the closer exit do not have escalator go downstairs. I had to carry my luggage and go down step by step, and is quite strenuous.

Room (deluxe twin with balcony) is large, so makes it comfortable. Beds are huge. Only problems are no escalator to get down (use stairs), no alerts on whether the 2 washer/dryers are in use (and only 2).
