"Super convenient location near the Nagoya metro; lots of great food options and entertainment, all within walking distance. The room was clean (though the beds could use a good sweeping under) and very quiet. "

"Whoever promotes Japan to foreign tourists needs to experience this place. It sets their efforts back by decades. It is my worst hotel experience anywhere in the world in the last 10 years. This place should be closed until given a major revamp. Best feature: it is convenient to the Subway. There are dirt marks all over the walls and ceilings as well as the carpet being stained and worn. The bathroom also has numerous stains. The image is extremely poor. "Overall it was great. Close to everything. Very warm reception getting always. The staff was great. The only thing is I did smell a bad odour coming up from the drain in the bathroom. "
