"Super convenient location near the Nagoya metro; lots of great food options and entertainment, all within walking distance. The room was clean (though the beds could use a good sweeping under) and very quiet. "

"I had low expectations for this place after reading some comments. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in 2 rooms so it was nice to have a space at the lobby to just chill and unwind with our group at the end of the day, something that seems uncommon in some hotels we stayed in Japan. There is one male staff that too cold for my liking. Other than that, the rest of staff were nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved their selection of amenities. Good restos available nearby."

"Whoever promotes Japan to foreign tourists needs to experience this place. It sets their efforts back by decades. It is my worst hotel experience anywhere in the world in the last 10 years. This place should be closed until given a major revamp. Best feature: it is convenient to the Subway. There are dirt marks all over the walls and ceilings as well as the carpet being stained and worn. The bathroom also has numerous stains. The image is extremely poor. We were locked out of our room by a...

"Overall it was great. Close to everything. Very warm reception getting always. The staff was great. The only thing is I did smell a bad odour coming up from the drain in the bathroom. "
