"Staff service and attentiveness levels very high. Standards across the board very high. Two very small points for hotel to consider: 1: Passenger lift to have fan / ventilation added (we live in hot climate and lift in our apartment has this) 2: For the rooms like ours for this stay that have terrace day bed it would be great to have a shaded area / parasol so can sit out on terrace and enjoy views without direct sun to deal with. "

"We stayed a month at this resort and we absolutely loved it! The location is amazing. Ocean views with a short distance walk to the beach. It’s very family friendly . My kids loved it and are already asking when can we be back! The staff is amazing ! Very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The kitchen staff especially Chef Pan , Mai , Tiwa, Mai Mai, ing, MAs, Kate, Pookam, Art and all the others were just amazing!! "The hotel is peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed as the rooms are in need of updating but after settling in we didn’t see it as bad. It was always cleaned just slightly old and the tv and wifi are not to good but everything else was great staff and food very good"
