"We love this property! The perfect stay for our trip to Tronado. The location is ideal as the hotel is located just before the entrance to the park. "Friendly staff, great views of lake and mountains, walking tracks left from the hotel. Comfortable bed, no problem to turn heating on in our room. No real bar service during day. The half bottle of wine I bought was very poor (we tipped it out!) Food in restaurant is very average and there’s no where else to go but again, the staff were as accommodating as they could be. Very kind!"

"Located just a couple of blocks outside downtown San Martin, the setting was very quiet with only the sounds of nature (lots of birds) punctuating the approach of the Argentine autumn. Cabins were spacious with full kitchens and comfortable beds. Gustavo -- self-exiled from Buenos Aires -- who runs the property, an informal tourism minister, was incredibly friendly and helpful and added to the overall warmth of the property, though his Rhodesian Ridgeback, India, would not give up the reception...
