"The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. "The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"The property is very new, but we believe that they are falling behind on maintenance and cleaning. My wife noted that the floors were dirty, something that had to be pointed out to me. The breakfast is a bread basket with instant coffee that doesn’t arrive until after 8:30am (earliest). We chose the location BC breakfast was included.
