"Destino Calafate is new built in 2023. The hotel is very clean and simple with everything we need for short stay. Lobby with hot tea is great for hang out before and after day trip. Front desk is very professional and helpful with trip advise. It only down site is the location, about 10 to 15 minutes walking to town. It can be hard on a raining / windy day. "

"Clean with fantastic views and nice space. Trouble with heating over the three nights making it a tad uncomfortable. Staff very helpful and in room breakfast handy for days travels - some variety would have been nice! "

"Cozy comfortable mountain style lodge in Patagonia. Beautiful views of Lake Argentina from our room. Excellent restaurant with professional friendly service. Reception staff were warm and helpful. Easy transfer to airport or the center of El Calafate. An excellent choice at the gateway to Patagonia! "

"Nice hotel in El Chalten about a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Lots of restaurants in the area. About a 15 minute walk to the park entrance and trails to Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre. Room was large and clean. After long days of hiking I wish the room had a tub and shower rather than just a shower. I paid to have a room with a balcony but it was very small and didn’t have a chair for sitting outside. Next time I’d probably just go for the regular room."

"Hotel located bit far from the central. nice view, top of hill near the Lago Argentina. Room was clean but looks old. WiFi was extremely slow and at times didn’t work. "
