"I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay at this location could not have been better! It was a 5 Star experience in all categories! We stayed in the suite with the open air onsen and it was amazing. The staff offered the best costumer service all throughout the hotel. The food was incredible for all meals, another 5 Stars!
