"The overall stay at Mimaru was good! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There are minor things about this location I would change: 1. Internet speed was pretty slow (travelling with young kids and their need of internet), 2. Walls are thin at the hotel, could heard the other room partying with their loud music and upstairs they were running a marathon so can hear all the stomping sound, 3. "Loved our stay at Excel Osaka. This hotel is located on the main shopping street similar to 5th Ave in NYC. Walk to Daimaru, Parco and Dotonbori. The breakfast buffet each morning was a really nice treat! Their bar at night was really cozy where we enjoyed wines and apps there. We enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again. "

"The hotel was easy to check in with the app.. Didn't need any interaction with the front desk. It's located close to the action but not right in it and right by a subway stop. The wifi was amazing and was a relief as I needed to remote work. Bathroom was a bit tighter than I would have liked but did the job. Would definitely stay here given the price to value ratio. "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to Dotonbori and the metro. The hotel staff was hospitable and friendly. There was road construction in front of the hotel and they worked during the night. The hotel staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible by providing ear plugs. So thoughtful! Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. "
