I really liked the onsen, it was my very first experience of one and I wish I can have that every night after a day of traveling. The breakfast was okay for one day, it is a buffet but a bit pricey if you do not eat a lot. The pillows in the bed though really made me cry, it was literally so uncomfortable I bought a pillow and it was still uncomfortable. Just a warning to any traveler, not a big deal but those pillows are terrible. Loved the kind staff, live the food, the area the FamilyMart right next to the hotel and love the free snacks of ice cream and a light dinner of free ramen at night and probiotic yogurt in morning. Just a 5 minute walk to Dontonbori area and can eat and shop your heart out.

宿泊中、スタッフの対応があまり親切ではないと感じました。子供用のスチームローブをお願いしたにもかかわらず、大人用の中サイズのローブしか提供されず、子供への配慮が欠けていました。また、道順を尋ねた際、紙を渡されるだけで、きちんとした説明がなく、自分で読むように求められました。このような対応の欠如にはがっかりしました。

The room isn't big enough for 4 adults. There were only 2 tiny single beds with 2 small futon size mattresses that we pulled from inside a storage space. There was hardly any room for luggages or to move around. We booked for 4 people, but the room was only big enough for 2!!! Hardly any communication from staff. Our check in and out was done via kyosk. Not recommended at all.

Very nice rooms, spacious, clean and quiet. Full bath tub! Couldn’t use the spa because of tattoos. Seems like an old custom that needs to change. Helpful to be able to leave baggage because strict check in times. Walkable to train station and Family Mart and shopping. Loved it.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Dotonbori, restaurants, and metro stations. Family Mart is connected to the hotel, with Lawson and 7 Eleven across the street so convenient for the late night snack runs. Because it is located near the tourist area, the surrounding streets are dirty, and noisy at night so may be difficult to sleep for light sleepers. We enjoyed the free ice pops, Yakult, and ramen, but the onsen is nothing much to rave about. It’s small and the change rooms don’t have towels, so make sure to remember to bring your own from your room. Staff are friendly and ready to help, but you may need a translator app as sometimes English is limited. Rooms are small, especially the shower, but we were rarely in the hotel as we were mostly out exploring. The bed is comfortable enough but the pillow is a bit on the harder side. Recommended for a budget hotel

Great hotel. When were went, there was no full cleaning room service, which didn’t really bother me. Rooms seemed a bit older and could smell cigarette smoke a little bit, but I got nose blind to it quickly. So incredibly close to Dotonbori. KUROMON market is very walkable. Free ice desserts were amazing. Breakfast was my good. No complaints about it. My partner used the onsen, she liked it.

A good option for the price. Walkable to the popular areas and super clean. Staff were great! Star docked because they had THE WORST pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel and charge for better ones. Seemed pretty ridiculous. You’d be better off with a rock for a pillow than the ones they provide. Overall a good experience minus the pain in my neck.
