"Room was a bit smaller than expected with kitchenette, no AC so very hot at night. Mattress was a bit mushy and roof over patio leaked onto the table when it rained. Not much privacy since you can hear all neighbors. Very picturesque but probably wouldn’t stay there again. "

"We enjoyed our too short stay in this beautiful place. I loved the interior decor. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked. I most loved seeing an amazing sunrise from our deck. South point and the green beach parking lot are just a short drive at end of the road. Can highly recommend. Thank you :-)"

"The grounds are beautiful. No one helped with checkin couldn’t find #71. Didn’t know where to park. There wasn’t as much airflow as described. Really stuffy/hot sweating. The bed was hard, the couch really needs to be replaced. The loungers at the pool were chained together one facing the pool, one facing the other way. Couldn’t move any more than a couple inches. Very strange. There really is nothing around the area. The condo was clean and kitchen stocked. "

"One of the highlights of our trip to the Big Island was our stay in Naalehu. The house is just fantastic, with 3 good-sized bedrooms and two beautifully appointed bathrooms. "It was very convenient location in Hilo. Next to lovely grounds. I did not see a hot tub, but did use pool. We had a mountain view but not an ocean view. The 3 balconies were great for viewing. For the price this is a good value. The bathtubs are old. But, they work fine. It is an older unit and building, but it was comfortable. Two bedroom and two bathrooms. Has coffee filters and shampoo. Has parking under facility. Walkable to a beach and lovely park area."
