"Onsen is the highlight, we booked for the western room but somehow we got the ryokan type which is a bit smaller and the private bathroom is tiny. My recommendation for breakfast is Japanese as the Western one, you will get just a fried egg, a ham and two breads. (Free coffee for Western, 400 yen for Japanese) So far, the hotel is nice, the owner family is so kind, helpful, and lovely, we had a good time there 😊 "

"Overview: traditional Japanese hotel, tatami room, came with Japanese deserts and chopsticks and tea setup, also towels and yukatas were all clean. Tatami room where you need to make your own futon/bed. Pillows were also Japanese style, think full of small beads instead of feathers. So I advice to bring your own pillows.
