"The room I booked was under renovation so I was given an upgrade but had to sleep in a small single bed. AC worked good, couldn’t have shower as it was inside a big bath tub which had a high step. The TV was all snowy so couldn’t watch it and a lumpy pillow which was not usable. The room was large with slippery tiles and no umbrella provided in the room so got very wet walking to reception. "
