This hotel made 21 hours of flying worthwhile and was the best part of my Bali trip. Choosing to stay here was worth every penny! Aesthetic- it is no surprise that the hotel is resplendent! Its opulent entrance and architecture are breathtaking and luxurious. I could not get enough of the view. The rooms radiate magnificence, are spacious, and clean. Extra points for an ocean-facing room with a private pool. I was able to relax there with peace and privacy. Service was 10/10, unmatched, prompt, and efficient. The hospitality here was outstanding. We were always attended to and served with a smile on their face. Everyone was extremely respectful and courteous. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The food was delicious, and I observed remarkable food hygiene here. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
