"Super happy with the room and hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. The bed, the bed was awful. My husband and I took an extended date night and neither of us slept well. I was actually really surprised. I figured everything else was great but to have a bad bed in such a nice room was a total letdown. "

"Pool was closed and this is actually the Best Western! Even the front desk guy was confused when I asked for the West Valley Inn. The rooms were actually decent and seem recently remodeled."
