There was a terrible smell on the 3rd floor. It smelled like dogs had been defecating in the rooms for some time. The dogs also barked all night.

This is conveniently located to many shops and very inexpensive for a spacious room with a kitchenette. However, this place is appealing to many pet owners who stay for a while. Great for a dog owner and/or travelers on a budget, but not so great for people wanting quiet sleep/rest and newer, modern amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly, but for my needs I will stay elsewhere next time.

Good cheap option just outside of Salt Lake City. Convenient area with Target across the street. Rooms were large and clean, but nothing fancy. Staff seemed fine. Parking was safe and easy.

We stayed here because it is close to the loading area for a half marathon we were running. The property has gone downhill since we stayed there last year. The stairwell smelled like weed and we were woken by a fire alarm at 5:30am. Our bathroom had hair on the floor when we checked in and the room was musty smelling. We will be looking for another place to stay for next year's race.

The staff here was great! The room I was initially given smelled of cigarette smoke despite booking a non-smoking room. The woman at the front desk assigned us a new room which was much better. Check in and checkout were very quick. The area has a ton of inexpensive dining options.
