"It was a big hotel and there were large groups, but the hotels managed well. The car park was automatic and there was staff guiding you. The buffet was busy but food was sufficient. The quality was better than expected and we even had crab legs included. I didn't expect as I saw somewhere mentioned it was withdrawed. The room was spacious. The onsen was exceptional with plenty of varieties."

"The hotel collect Yen300 per person/ nite as Onsen tax, whether or not you use the onsen which i tot is absurd! Those who dont use the onsen, its 'free' money to the hotel. Other than this, the hotel is located in a prime spot! Paking is not withink the hotel but opposite the hotel, an open carpark."

"Beautiful property and hotel with amazing views all around. The staff was wonderful with great hospitality. Very good breakfast on site as well which I recommend adding to your stay as it’s far to the main town to get breakfast. Only small criticism is the WiFi was substandard for a property with so much focus on the details. Was difficult to connect to and stay connected to."
