"Location: 8-9 mins from the station so an easy walk. Staff: they were friendly and helpful. Hotel: clean, and has everything you need for a nice stay. It has an artificial onsen (spa) separate for men and women. Note coin laundries are located within the spa change area. Con: no signage at all for the coin laundry which others staying also struggled to find. Information is available via the room tv but you’ve really got to go through it to find that location info.
