"Daniel is an amazing host! He was extremely helpful and would answer right away. The place is beautiful, and comfortable. It’s a cute cottage but also spacious. The kitchen has everything you need as well as the bathrooms. The place was very homey, and this is where I will return if I come Barcelona again. Metro and restaurants are within a walking distance."

"Lovely little apartment tucked away. We wanted to be just out of Barcelona to have a quieter evening but still close enough. Two metro stops near by. 12 mins to Sagrada familia. We spent our evenings local to the apartment. Lots of little bars, restaurants and shops. Couple of bakery’s too. The apartment is equipped enough to cook and do washing. 3 spacious bedrooms. Check in and communication was easy. Hosts were great. Resolved our queries "

"We are so glad we picked this property. Our host was so helpful with the check in process as we arrived so late due to flight delays. We loved being so close to the mountain. We took the train about two days. Charming narrow streets and hidden bakeries. Parking free and available. There was a coffee pot and coffee! We would choose it again. "

"The pictures look fantastic but in reality the place is VERY run down. Pretty much everything is broken. The faucets are missing parts, the stairs wobble, the clothes washer won't finish a cycle, there are holes in most walls, light fixtures are dangling, broken, or even sometimes completely missing, the couches are torn and smell of urine, the art on the wall has holes in it, the sliding window door won't close, the clothes drying racks have more missing parts than remaining...

"The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking...

"Overall the place was ok for the price but lacked a lot of things! For starters there was no trash can in the bathrooms. Actually it was just 1 trash can in the whole house. So no where to put feminine products but the toilet! There were no cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves. And the beds were extremely hard! The steps are very hard to go up and down have to be very careful! There is a nasty stench in the home that smells like dogs and cigarettes and the smell is on all my stuff now...

"Property was great. It was clean and had the perfect amount of space for my friend/her children and for me/my children. We were able to divide the rooms/bathrooms up amongst our families. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station the led us into Barcelona and also led us north to the beaches. The only thing that I would request more of was toilet paper. There were 6 humans that use toilet paper and it was originally stocked with just 2. In my opinion 4 would have been enough. One last thing...
