"Ely at the front desk is the best you can get in BCN. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless from booking to check out. Grocery store is a 2min walk, train station is a 10min walk, Parc Guell is also down the road. a lot of food and coffee options. Very safe to walk at night. Just a minor recommendation would be to add shelves and hooks in the bathroom so it's easier to store toiletries. "

The downtown area is approximately a 20 minute walk from the property. There you will find eateries and cafes. If you need to buy groceries, a Mercadona is about a 10 minute walk. A massive shopping center is across town. "

"The check-in process is a hassel and I was not aware of the additional 95€ cleaning fee due when you check-in. I came for the pool but it had no water in it. My key card stopped working and I was locked out of my room with no wallet, phone, or money. A terrifying experience all because the battery died on the card scanner."
