"Nice quiet 1 bedroom converted from some of the garage. Bed was a little rough. Room only had A/C unit and no heat. But, thankfully it didn't get freezing cold inside. Lots of TV choices for streaming only. No local antenna channels. It would be very helpful to know that this is part of the 812 address. As I arrived after dark and was not too comfortable driving into an occupied driveway! It was very refreshing to not have to pay crazy "fees" as part of this rental. Owner very responsive."

"I live in Maryland and wanted to book a few days in Florida to escape the cold. Stephen’s house was just what we needed. Very comfortable and clean - and in a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the lake - or local shopping. My husband and teenager both enjoyed our visit. I would definitely recommend this rental. Our favorite places were Born and Bread (walkable) and Munn Park (very short drive away)"

"This home is brand new! Very modern and decorated beautifully. This home is maybe 5 minutes away from Legoland and any stores you might need.Our property manager responded to our messages right away and was very kind and professional. He was even able to get us checked in a little early since we were tired from our long drive.The coordinates for the home are a little confusing, but it is only necessary because the home and the community are so brand new that google doesnt know the address...

"We were a large group of 8 adults and needed someplace large enough that we could sleep comfortably, but also sit together in the home. This property delivered on all fronts. With amazing indoor and outdoor spaces we were able to enjoy our stay together. It was close to shopping, restaurants and lots of Tampa’s attractions. Mickey and his team were responsive and truly went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Tampa!"

"We really loved our stay at Shady Oaks. The house is beautiful, had plenty of seating and a fully stocked kitchen. We were able to cook and enjoy a family Thanksgiving with no issues! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated as everything else! We felt right at home. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the older kids loved the pool table. We will definitely choose Shady Oaks next time we are in the area!! "

Large salt water pool protects skin and hair

"Our daughter’s family just relocated to nearby Florida from overseas and the household did not arrive yet. We booked this location with enough space for everyone allowing us to fly there and see them after 18 months. We found the home very comfortable and spacious for our needs. It was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool each afternoon. Rene reached out a couple of times to confirm that everything was to our satisfaction. It was definitely a great experience. "

"We appreciated the use of the home and Wonderful Coffee touches they had for guests as a coffee lover. Beautiful pool but we could not use as was cold.. plenty of space. We like the area as near my family. Would stay again. Nice "
