Horrible. Very very bad customer service. No room key and no one in the property to assist you. Lack of cleanliness and mold in bathroom. Due to them not having room key I end up sleeping in my car till 9am when the staff open the front door desk. This place it’s HORRIBLE shouldn’t be in business. 😤

Absolutely disgusting property. Staff was even worse. No help, NO HOTELS KEYS. Staff wanted to just “let us in” our rooms. Finally found us keys, get to the 2 rooms we booked and were immediately shook at the utter disgust. No amenities, AC did not work in one room, NO SHOWER CURTAINS, hair on EVERYTHING, locks on the doors busted and broken, bugs, mold. What a MESS!!!! You expect this from a $50 roach coach….. did not expect this!! One room went unused due to no air and box spring bed. Fighting for refund now! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Groups of people hanging outside in multiple places watching your coming and gong, room was filthy, lights not in working order, spattered food and other residue on sink counter/tv stand where microwave was kept/ bathroom walls/ shower. No hangers present for clothing. Not a well maintained or cleaned hotel.

After signing all the paperwork at the office, I was given the key to the room. Upon entry, the room was extremely stark and first glance was not very clean. After closer examination, there was no toilet paper. The bathtub had black mold in the bathroom floor was absolutely filthy. The walls had stains on them that appeared to be stuffed that had been smeared on there quotation poop or something else. The Wi-Fi did not work after reaching out to the office. I was told that they would check into it and get back to me. The furniture look like it had been picked up off the street. The Upholstery on the chairs was absolutely filthy holes in them. The furniture was all beaten up.

I stay often. Only hotel under $100 in the area so I don’t complain. But.. when I have to go to the bathroom, there’s no toilet paper, the office is closed, and I have to listen to a dripping faucet all night, forcing me not to sleep. Yeah. After months I’m finally complaining. Somehow (so far) haven’t found a roach, but I am expecting one soon since I always come across one.

Checked in went to room noticed insect droppings old scratched up bath tub.Went to get a refund said she couldn't give one i would have to call expedia .She came up inspected the room apologized offered to move us to another.Second was no better duct tape holding up areas around the window adjacent to the ac and door ,no safety lactch on door.I expressed my dissatisfaction,with the upkeep of the place she said they were renovating. Overall just a rundown filthy unsafe insect infested place.I just said no thank you got in our car and left.I called expedia agent was very polite and offered to look into the refund and get back to me the next day.Never book in a hurry or tired take time read the reviews. OWNERS STOP APOLOGIZING RECTIFY THE SITUATION!
