"We enjoyed our stay. House looks great and everything was in good condition. The view from the living room is something that we enjoyed a lot. The location and neighborhood have a feeling of safety and having a space of off-street parking was excellent. Fridge needs a new light bulb and only one quarter of a kitchen paper towel was left for us. Those were the only two aspect that I can mention as improvements for a full 5 starts experience. "We stayed here with our 4 year old and really enjoyed it. Big, spacious rooms, quality appliances in the kitchen, and all very well maintained. Patrick was responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We had a couple of rainy days while we were there and had some cosy days staying in watching TV, doing a bit of cooking etc. It's a safe and friendly feeling part of Oakland with a nice little restaurant strip down the hill on Grand Ave. We also enjoyed walking across to the rose garden or...
