"This place is amazing! The water slide and all the pools are incredible! The landscaping is a classy beautiful tropical garden and it lent privacy to the rooms. There is a huge gate when you enter and it will make you feel safe, taking away the unknown risks of traveling. All staff were warm and friendly. "We LOVED our stay at Arenal Gardens! The view of Arenal Volcano and lake was spectacular!! It was very peaceful and had plenty of space. No air conditioning was not a problem with multiple fans and it cools off at night. There were huge windows everywhere- even in the shower- you feel like you are in a tree house in the jungle. "The property is beautiful and true farm to table dining but therefore a limited menu. The private cassitas are lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and private patio. However the bed creaked getting in and out and whenever you moved and the mattress was so hard I barely slept. The hot tub was too scalding hot to actually enjoy but the setup was stunning. "

"The house and grounds are beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s gorgeous looking over the lake. Pool was fantastic. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Check in easy and there was even a welcome basket with fruit. Would stay again. The only thing people need to know is that it is 45 min to La Fortuna even though it looks closer on the map. This didn’t bother us but if you are expecting to just pop in and out of town you need to plan accordingly from a time perspective."

"We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the small bathroom without much room to put things."

"This was a cozy cabin located in a very cute property. We loved taking our breakfast in the porch to watch the ducks and fish. We had a really lovely stay!! I want to highlight some things that I do wish we had known in advance to feel more prepared though, as the cabin was more rustic than what the listing portrayed. There were only two of us, but it’s worth noting that the sofa bed was in the front living room area, and the AC was located in the bedroom and worked best with that door closed....
