"The entire main building was being remodeled including your business center. I had an online meeting scheduled for the morning I was leaving. Your front desk clerk allowed me to conduct the meeting in a vacant room. Thank you. "

"Overall the hotel was charming, however the staff were not warm, it felt like I was bothering them when I needed something. For example, when I checked in, I was supposed to get a wine tasting voucher for a nearby winery and they did not give it to me. I had to come in and inquire about it later. The worst was the parking situation. The hotel does not have its own parking area and you have to find your own and pay. The hotel is cute and charming. The staff need to work on customer service...
