"This was a nice cozy cottage perfect for two as it is quite small. It’s located pretty close to some good restaurants and grocery stores. Just know that at least in the month of October, there are bugs all around in the leaves and you might find a few spiders inside. Overall though, it was a great place to stay and enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Most definitely worth the price!"

"Our week in Highlands was so enjoyable and Foxglove Flat, although rustic on the outside, is a beautiful space to call home. "The property is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We have stayed in many VRBO cabins and this loft was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. The cabin was clean and the owners have thought of everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as it would be at home. We didn't want to leave. "

"So, I booked our room back in September, October of 2021. Between then and when our trip was, the property changed owners. Apparently, there was a bit of a mixup with the booking and the whole lodge was booked for a reunion. We get there to check in, and not only do they still accommodate us, despite the mixup, they gave us an upgrade for no extra charge. We were staying for our anniversary and were absolutely thrilled with everything. We will definitely visit again in the future."

"They did a good job instructing where everything was and how to use it. They had a binder full of interesting history about the cabin that we enjoyed. The road is very well kept up with to get to the top of the mountain. The fire place and supplied wood was wonderful. The kids loved having a fire each evening. "
