"The property was very convenient, very clean, had everything we needed. It was in a newer, nice, secure neighborhood of other "Tiny Home" properties with a security gate to get in, so we felt safe. Much nicer staying here due to the full kitchen, full bath, small family room area, than staying at a hotel. We would Definitely stay here again. If you aren't adventurous, and prefer a more typical single family home or condo, than maybe you're not a candidate for this. But, we love doing things like...

"The property was as pictured, very clean, and all needed amenities were provided. Although, you can't control another person's property the neighbor across the street with the Political party representation he supported flag flying made us feel a little uncomfortable hoping we weren't being judged on our race.However, (he) being the neighbor across the street, nor a lady passing by walking her dog who looked at us, lol… neither didn't speak and we didn't bother to speak either way- we continued...

"The cottage is great is located in a wonderful place near the Little Tennessee river with private Falls. It had a special place to have a campfire and just nice and cozy away from everything. The host and hostess were great. They live next-door, but we’re very available when needed for questions and left a sweet surprises on our arrival. We would recommend this place to anyone."

"Bubbly was the cutest cottage. The space is well thought out and decorated well! The outdoor area is equally as well done! It is so close to town but you feel as if you are isolated. It’s the perfect spot! I wish we could’ve stayed longer but definitely hope to visit again!"

We had never been to the Carolinas so we very much appreciated the welcome book filled with valuable information about places to eat and fun outdoor activities! Everything was clean and cozy. The outdoor water feature had the most peaceful sound and was beautiful to look at. We plan to return again this summer and will definitely try to rent the same cottage again! "
