Lavender Trail Ranch
2.0 star property
Lavender Trail Ranch
EXQUISITE, Blanca, Colorado.
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (5)
"Gorgeous area, saw Pronghorn Antelopes, wildflowers prairie dogs and amazing night skies. Isolated but safe close to Sand Dunes and the Sand DunesRecreation area, formerly known as the Hooper Pool. Also close to Zapata Falls, Alamosa, Splashland, Blanca Vista park and the most beautiful trails along the Rio Grande. Mt. Blanca was always present."

A STUNNING OFF GRID PROPERTY, FORT GARLAND, CO Wild Wind Manor
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (7)
"We were pleasantly surprised by the interior space—the pictures don’t do it justice. It is “out there,” probably 5 miles from Blanca, mostly over stone roads. There were no restaurants open in Blanca so eat in Fort Garland or Alamosa or plan to eat out of your cooler. A microwave and small fridge would be welcome additions, otherwise we were very pleased with the accommodation and Sue’s hospitality."

9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (17)
"Lovely, lovely stay. It all started with some very thorough, easy to follow directions from Patrick; we had no issues finding the site. The yurt itself is very cozy, made cozier by the simulated fireplace heater and the exceptional space heater. One downside was the middle zipper of the outer flap was not functional, but the zippers at the bottom of the dual tent flap worked just fine and some velcro (while maybe needing reinforcement) allowed for the flaps to stay closed even with high gusts of...

Nelson's Crash Pad, Great Sand Dunes, Camper/RV
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (3)
"We enjoyed our stay in the RV, the host was attentive and it came equipped with everything we needed. My only complaint would be the location of the bed in the bedroom, it’s a full and up against the wall, I get claustrophobic so sleeping on that side of the bed was difficult for me since my partner gets up at night. Other than that we had a good time!"
