I took me some time to figure out that I had to put the keycard in the elevator to go up. Which is normal, but next time please mention this. The room was great and quite. "We stayed here for a week. The family room was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Transportation options were abundant. My only wish is that there was a chest of drawers. With a family of 4 staying for an extended time, this would have been helpful in organizing our things. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker, and we would definitely stay here again! "
