"Very nice house. Plenty of room. Extra living room/TV area in the basement. Host was very responsive to any questions. My Wife’s Dad uses a walker. Only two small steps to get in the front door. He had no issues. Nice deck for hanging out. Plenty of seating and nice grill. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers was a nice touch—just like the hotels. Also, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again!"

"My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! "We decided to stay over the weekend and chose this location since it was on Douglas Lake. The interior in the photos sells it as modern, and upon arrival, the photos represented the place well. It was very clean and we loved the electric fireplace. The lake was at a lower elevation for the off-season but it was still nice to stand out on the deck and watch the birds and occasional fishing boats pass by. Being off-season, the restaurant on-site was not open but there was a wing and pizza...

"We rented this house to be close to the lake for the guys in the family. We were able to park a boat trailer and have plenty of parking for other cars. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and game room. The water is lowered in the winter months and we would love to stay again in the summer when the water is up and use the paddle board and kayaks! Home was nice and clean. "

"Property was clean and comfortable. Beds slept great. The area around lake had debris from hurricane and that was expected. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the well equipped kitchen, before starting our adventures. In the evenings we sat around deck and enjoyed coffee and relaxing. I would recommend, working lights on steps, fix loose boards on floor of deck, and a small gate inside stairs (stairs close to door and windows…be careful!) Overall very nice and would come back!...

"We booked it during Christmas was just what we needed they put us a full size Christmas tree in the house decorated everything my wife and the kids loved it everything was like they said it was going to be The only problem we had was the hot water went out they came immediately the electrician came fix the hot water and they brought us donuts and coffee for breakfast for the inconvenience I will be booking this house again"

"We found the house at Mossy Point Way to be very clean and spacious, with plenty to do for our grandchildren in the game room, hot tub, and the lake shore to be explored !! We were there for Thanksgiving and having two kitchens was very helpful. Each kitchen was small, but well enough stocked with utensils and pans to cook the entire dinner for 14. The bedrooms were far enough apart for sufficient privacy and quiet, as were the common spaces. We would stay there again."

"We had to travel 5.5 hours from Virginia for our kid's motocross race at the Great Smoky Mountain Expo. This property was much more than what we could ask for. The house was spotless, and it had such a homey feeling. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our fur babies. Our children loved the movie room. They have yet to stop discussing the “cool couches” and how we need them. It was lovely to have a very responsive and patient property owner who even lent us his local food spot preferences....
