"I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures are not accurate of the rooms. There was barely any furniture in the room, I got a suite. Towels were dirty, blood stain on lamp shade and ceiling. A very right part of town to stay in, I didn’t feel very safe at all. Front desk staff seemed to be high on something and check in took too long. Staff not dressed professionally. You get what you pay for, I was very disappointed - avoid if you can. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We were visiting Morristown for a family wedding. We made our reservations at this hotel in January 2023 and paid by credit card at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed by the front desk lady that they would not accept the rate that was listed on hotels.com. They said that Econolodge rejected the price and cancelled our reservation. (I had called Econolodge 2 hours before we checked in to confirm our reservation and they confirmed the reservation.) ...

"Very nice house. Plenty of room. Extra living room/TV area in the basement. Host was very responsive to any questions. My Wife’s Dad uses a walker. Only two small steps to get in the front door. He had no issues. Nice deck for hanging out. Plenty of seating and nice grill. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers was a nice touch—just like the hotels. "We had to travel 5.5 hours from Virginia for our kid's motocross race at the Great Smoky Mountain Expo. This property was much more than what we could ask for. The house was spotless, and it had such a homey feeling. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our fur babies. Our children loved the movie room. They have yet to stop discussing the “cool couches” and how we need them. It was lovely to have a very responsive and patient property owner who even lent us his local food spot preferences....
